I have 3 kiddos. One is still a toddler, a mighty cute one at that. But THESE TWO.... amazing dancers. They forsure did not get their moves from me but I couldn't be more proud of them. They are totally in their element up on a stage, showing their moves to the whole world. Talk about guts!!!! . . . As this post is going up they are currently dancing their little hearts out, learning from some amazing people in the business at a dance convention. Do things always go perfect and smooth for you? Yeah, me neither! See above picture. Although comical, it is not at all what I was wanting that day. It's a rare occasion that my whole family is wearing picture worthy clothing on the same day. I figured it was the perfect time to get an unplanned family picture. That was my first mistake, it was unplanned and my children were clearly not on board. Second mistake was it was COLD and I made them wait too long to even snap the photo. I thought it was just a lost cause but then I saw this picture, I laughed out loud, and I love it. . . . Sometimes I believe we can get sucked into this idea that if things don't go well the first go around that means it's not meant to be or we aren't good at it. Whatever the situation may be. I have been really stretching myself lately to look at things from a different perspective. Do you need to look at something from a different perspective? Even if it's not at all what you were hoping for.
Do you get stuck in the comparison trap? I know I do on occasion. It can be so easy to see someone else's curated life on social media or step into their freshly cleaned home and think, "they just have it all figured out ". The thing is, they don't. No one does. They might be better at some things but worse at others. We never truly know what's behind closed doors. . . This is what I try to focus on. My OWN grass 💜 if I've got my head down, tunnel vision focus on what I need to do to keep my grass heathly and green then I'm way too busy to compare it to your side of the fence. Seriously Who's got time for that?! . . Let me challenge you in this new year, keep your eyes on growing your grass, even if it's just a small dirt patch at the moment. Work hard, live and give abundantly, and stop wondering if your doing better than Jane down the street. . . Can you imagine what your grass will look like at the end of the year?! I can't wait to see the progress we make!
I am so excited to announce that Lake Chelan Mobile Massage now has a new home in downtown Chelan! The first question everyone has been dying to know is, "Will I still continue with mobile massage?" The answer is "YES!" I'm still primarily mobile. Here's what the studio will provide for LCMM: ⭐A headquarters or a central location in Chelan for myself, as well as when I hire ⭐A space to display the few products I love and believe in that I offer ⭐A space to accept walk-ins during slower times ⭐A way to be more connected as a business owner in Lake Chelan and be a part of the events, etc. that happen downtown. LCMM is so thankful to be sharing the space with @yogapravahachelan ! Yoga classes have started and are wonderful! Massage space is still under construction. Keep watching for the progress 💜
